I have installed all VA plugin and configured the outbound endpoint, but when I post the request to /api/sn_va_as_service/bot/integration, The response message is always displayed: ‘There are no agents available at the moment. Please try again later.‘ This bothers me very much!

‘Hi, I'm your Virtual Agent. Let me know how I can help you today.’
I just want to integrate with service-now VA through Virtual Agent API, I don't want to talk with Live Agent.
