Can there be 2 bots within same instance?

Hi,

We have servcie now platform with same instance for both HR and ITSM.

However, we want to have separate bots for both HR and ITSM. 

Is it technically possible?

@Apurva Kumarri  would love to know more about what requirements you have for a completely separated bot experience.  @Muralidharan BS   mentioned the best way to do it now but we are looking into new way from at design/runtime time. So, building and managing a bot to how it executes on what channels. 

a few questions and what is most important? 

Do you want to manage them separately (different VA admins for each bot) ?

Do you want to see all the related topics for each bot in virtual agent designer?

Do you want ugided setup that allows you to define all settings for the bot and bundle it together?

Do you want branding per bot?

Should each bot have its own personality?

Do you want analytics to be separate?

Thank you all for the response. let me explain our requirement a little more. 

We have pro license for both ITSM as well as HR. 

ITSM folks want a separate Now bot within MS teams.

However, we are not sure if it is technically possible to have 2 separate bots as both share same instance in service now. 

From Denny's and Muralidharan's response,  i understand that creating widgets may give a solution on portal but is this possible in MS teams.
