Hello,
Can we change the font style on Agent Chat/Virtual Agent chat?
And what is the default font style that it uses?

Hi there,
There is no system property or something that I know of to change the font family of the Virtual Agent.
The default used:
font-family: SourceSansPro, HelveticaNeue-Light, "Helvetica Neue Light", "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, "Lucida Grande", sans-serif;
If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.
Kind regards,
Mark
