Card bot response - Open in same window

Hi all, 

 

Just a quick question regarding Virtual Agent. When I create a case via VA, it gives me a clickable case number (see image below):

When I click the case number, it opens the case on the 'My requests' page, but in a different browser window than the one I'm at. It is possible that, on click, it opens it in the same page and not in another?

I saw that, but I am not using bot response link, I am using bot response card. Any ideia?

try to use scripted card output and I believe it opens in different tab so that your conversation is still going on with VA

If you open in same tab then your conversation with VA is discontinued

So it's a OOTB behavior.
