Chat transcript download not working/starting as expected after clicking Download button

Hi there,

 

Any one else experience this?

 

Can anyone help or advise. I enabled the Chat transcript download functionality and at the end of the Chat, I do see the Download button. However, when clicking on the Download button, the download does not start. Instead, a new blank tab opens up but no /txt file.

 

Only when I copy the url for the download and paste it on a new tab then press Enter on the keyboard, the download starts. Also it works when I right click on the Download button then click on "Open link in new tab", then download starts automatically.

 

I tested this on my personal mobile device also but same result, no download when I click on the Download button. So, the issue is not browser specific.

It may be due to the custom widget used on the portal
