Hi All,
Can anyone guide me on how we can customize the wait message - "Your response was sent to the app" which comes up while the VA is processing the Input provided by the user ?
TIA
Regards,
Sathya R

As of now (ie: Vancouver), I don't believe there is a way to customise the text, however, since Utah, there has been a way to turn off this message by setting the system property sn_va_teams.hide_teams_response_message to true. By default it has a value of false.
Before enabling this property:
After enabling this property (setting it to true)

This message seems not from VA it is from the Teams app, can you run the same topic in Service Portal and see if you see this msg. I hope you wont see it.
Teams config has to be checked for this.
