Display Virtual Agent topic depending on different Service Portals

Hi,

 

I am trying to separate topics for both portal IT and HR but not able to achieve it, we have two different portals and i want both portal should display different topics, topics which are visible on HR portal should not be visible on IT portal.

you should be able to do this using context area on each topic for NLU VA . In the Now Assist VA there will be a simple way to do this with a new concept of having multiple assistants that can be managed independent and placed in different locations

Hi Sonali,

 

You can add new experiences for different portals by going to Conversational Interfaces> Settings> Virtual Agent> Custom greetings and setup. Here you use condition like portal = sp/ hr and then you can define your setup and promoted topics for the specific portal.

For per topic restrictions you'll need to go to each topic, then into properties. Here you can configure the accessibility of the topic.

@sonali9 ,

Clone the existing Agent Chat and customize the cloned version with the topics you need, whether they are related to HR or IT.

Then, assign the desired portal name to the new cloned version as shown below
