Hi there,
Do you mean SNOW or ServiceNow? Please clarify. This is the ServiceNow community, SNOW is something way different.
Kind regards,
Mark

By SNOW I meant ServiceNow.

Hi Jasvinder!
In Tokyo we have released a new feature named Conversational IVR - this feature enables you to connect your ServiceNow Virtual Agent instance with a third-party contact center provider to provide automated support via voice.
Using this functionality, you can also route incoming calls to your live agents to handle.
As of today, we support Amazon Connect and 3C Logic for the third party contact center providers - we rely on them to provide the text to speech, speech to text, and the transcription services for this functionality.
The product docs for this feature are available here:

We have five9 and Avaya as the contact center providers and for this we have adapter available in the store as well .Will that adapter of five9 will work if we integrate it with ServiceNOw voice and this ServiceNOw voice with virtual agent?
If yes then how voice gateway b/w ServiceNOw voice and ServiceNOw virtual agent will work?
