I just wanted to make sure that whether SNOW supports voice bot or not!
Does anyone have prior documentation the above mentioned

Hi @Jasvinder Saluj, to my knowledge Five9 and Avaya do not have a solution incorporating Virtual Agent. It is however a solution we [3CLogic] offer. In the case of Avaya, if your current solution is on-premise we also have the ability to leverage that environment with our Hybrid Cloud deployment model while enabling our ServiceNow-centric contact center solution (ie: embedded IVR, sentiment analysis, call transcription, integrated SMS, real-time reporting w/ Performance Analytics, etc.).

Hi @Rohit Dutkunwar, here is the link to the ServiceNow Tokyo doc site which lists the available options to voice-enable ServiceNow's Virtual Agent.

I have created a widget which takes voice input from user, sends the data to external NLP engine, and get back the data. I want my widget to speak that query. All done, the speak part is left. Is it doable within service portal?

The issue is fixed. Voice bot integrated with 3rd party application is working now.
