Edit links in AI Search results in Virtual Agent

In Virtual Agent I need edit links in AI Search results because after clicking I get on the page Not allowed, for any link in the results (example link https://company.service-now.com/va_link.do?token=...&target_url=%3Fid%3Dcompany_document%26topic%3D5...). I need link to the portal with topic and page without token and so on.
