Hi everyone,
we reviewed and saved the feedback for over 1000 uncategorized utterances in the Expert Feedback Loop, but once feedback is saved, we don't see any changes\utterances saved to the NLU model. If we take the same exact utterance and test it in the chatbot - the behavior doesn't change. Does anybody know what happens with the feedback for uncategorized model in the Expert Feedback Loop and if there is any option to track it within any table to create a reporting for this?
Thanks in advance for any advice!

I opened a case about this exact issue and ServiceNow has a problem ticket for it now. PRB1693001
There is a lot to the problem so not going to attempt to explain this one. I am in the waiting stage for this PRB to be resolved.

Hi @Lynda1, thank you! Is there any way to add me to the watch list of this PRB? I would like to know more details and follow the resolution progress...

I would if I could, there is hardly any information in that PRB at the moment, nothing to follow. I am in a holding pattern when it comes to the expert feedback loop and manually managing the NLU still.

Krystian, what release version is your instance on? Have you upgraded recently?
Also, just to clarify: are these utterances uncategorized before review in Expert Feedback Loop, or after? The reason that I ask is that in EFL it is possible to mark an utterance as 'not relevant', which is conceptually similar to uncategorized.
