Expert Feedback Loop - Uncategorized

Hi everyone,

 

we reviewed and saved the feedback for over 1000 uncategorized utterances in the Expert Feedback Loop, but once feedback is saved, we don't see any changes\utterances saved to the NLU model. If we take the same exact utterance and test it in the chatbot - the behavior doesn't change. Does anybody know what happens with the feedback for uncategorized model in the Expert Feedback Loop and if there is any option to track it within any table to create a reporting for this?

Hi @HeatherSN it's the Utah version. 

The utterances are located in the "Uncategorized" section in the Expert Feedback Loop as on the screenshot attached. 

If you are on Utah, then it sounds like PRB1693001 could be involved.  You can try searching for this PRB in the Support portal.
