I am currently working for a client who's virtual agent is split in experiences after the greeting. Currently we are developing an analytics dashboard that will only show data on conversations that opened with the response we want.
We're having an issue on how and where we can place a filter on a copy of the OOTB analytics page to only and always show the filtered data. Is there a way to do this simple and effectively as a background variable or secondary query?
