HIde or remove Live agent topic in Virtual Agent Lite

I hope you can help me, I'm looking for a way to remove the question from the default conversation in Virtual Agent: "Looks like you might need additional help. Would you like to speak with a live agent instead?" and has Yes/No options. What happens is that I don't know how to connect this to some chat and I would like to remove it. I am using the limited version Virtual Agent Lite in a test instance. I leave a demonstrative screenshot below.

Hi there,
Because you are using Virtual Agent Lite, so you can't / create any topics. This concerns the Error Handling Topic? Under de Custom Greetings and Setup, maybe you can remove the Setup Topic for Error?

Hey Mark,
I am trying to remove that question from the VA, but nothing seems to work since it is a default conversation not included in the topics. As you mention, this is maybe in Greetings and Setup but nothing again seems to work, I think you cannot remove them, even I changed the setup topics but everything stills the same. What else could I do?

I think I solve it by going to Virtual Agent - Designer and looking for the topic and makin it innactive. But that´s only my best guess. Can´t remember how
