Anyone successfully using Issue Auto Resolution?

With the additions that were added for IAR, I am working on configuring IAR since it can pick up a good portion of our incidents.

I am curious if anyone else has implemented this with success?

Any gotcha moments that might be useful to know?

 

I do have a case open since our environment is not playing well, figured I would ask while waiting. Since the case is resolved and closer to implementing this, I would really love to learn the gotcha's from those that have successfully implemented Issue Auto resolution.

My advice is to use the Simulation tool to make sure that the incidents are being addressed per your expectations. Use Topic Recommendations to analyze which out-of-box IT topics drive the most deflections. 

The simulation tool results is what got me realizing it is a good time to work on IAR. 10% of incidents is an awesome number!

can we IAR t in our PDI is it feasible to do in PDI? to first check the results or propose this to our team

Unfortunately, we do not support any AI capabilities such as IAR in a PDI, and you will have to use a Sub Production instance to check the results.
