Are metrics captured for how many times a knowledge article is viewed from Virtual Agent, i. e. where a knowledge article is presented to a user through VA and they click on it?
I know SeviceNow captures this because I can see in the Virtual Agent Dashboard what links were presented and what links were clicked on. I have not found a way to get data into a report. Would be nice to be able to do this!
