Hi Team,

How to change on hover text for end conversation button on virtual Agent

So I did some thinking, tried to reproduce, and...

If I try this on a clean New York instance, than the I18N Internationalization plugin (com.glide.i18n) is not active. If you activate this + the UI Message as mentioned... working!

I changed but it is not working 

Well don't change the Key, only the Message.

Hi Mark,

I modified still i have same issue.

Is this the only UI Message which exists in your instance, with key "End Conversation"? Can you double check.

As you can see from my screenshots, I quickly updated the English record, and immediately it works.

Don't think it is necessary for UI Messages, though you could also perform cache.do.
