how to change the display value inside Virtual Agent without changing the display value on the table

Is there an option inside Virtual Agent to change the display value of a table without changing the display value inside the table's configuration?????

It's now showing the number field and I want it to show another field, but I cannot change the display value on the table's configuration.

I tried to use the Default Value but got no success.

I don't think there is an option in the virtual agent, but you can create a hidden field in the table and show that field's value in the virtual agent without actually changing the display value on the table configuration.
