Need Assistance with Virtual Agent Flow for Direct Catalog Item Response

Hi Guys,
In our instance, within the Virtual Agent conversation, when a keyword such as "Laptop" or "Outlook" is entered, it triggers a message with the topic name: "You'd like help with '<Topic name>'. Is that correct?" If the answer is "No," the corresponding catalog item is displayed. I want to modify the flow so that the system directly presents the related catalog item without asking for confirmation. I have checked the topics but couldn't identify where this message is originating from.

This might occur if two topics have same NLU intent, please check
