How to hide virtual agent icon based on users language if English show icon else don't .

I am having trouble making icon invisible based on user language ,

My question is how to code in agent chat record using the Service Portal Agent Chat Configuration

Somebody please help

Maybe create a user criteria with condition user langauge is english and make virtual agent instance available only for them
