how to check and display the thumbs up and thumbs down feedback received from users in now assist VA

for each response from now assist in VA user can able to give thumbs up & thumbs down feedback.
but need to know where those feedback are getting stored and need to display those feedback in the dashboard.

Your solution is for NLU model improvement suggestion/feedback on NLU workbench.
but my query is after enabling now assist assistant for virtual agent and for the bot responses user can provide thumbs up & thumbs down feedback, need to know where these feedbacks are storing and need to use those feedbacks to display on dashboards.

I also searched but didn't find anything meaningful, so I thought I'd share the link with you in case you might navigate through it and find a solution. I tried it almost in every instance but had no success, and there's nothing in the docs. So, I request that you log a new support case and share the feedback with the community.

My understanding is that those Thumbs up and Thumbs down feedback is not stored anywhere for reporting. We did a POV of Now Assist and asked the same question. It is something that helps the LLM improvement. I think!  If you actually find where the data is stored, I would love to know!
