How to configure agent chat session timeout?

Hi All,

when user connect agent chat through virtual agent and don't send any message about 1 or 2 minutes, virtual agent shows message like 'The conversation is timing out, are you still there?'  

How can I disable this function or change session time?

If you're using Agent chat, by default the system automatically checks live chat sessions every two minutes through the Idle Chat Timer Task scheduled job to ensure that chat sessions are still active. You can change the schedule job according to your requirement.
