How to configure delegate a user through using Virtual Agent

Hi All,

 

Kindly suggest any solution regarding my issue. I want to setup a topic for delegate a user through using Virtual agent action. I am facing issue of searching user table data but its takes long time to load.

Hi @samarballav 
PFB the very basic setup to create a delegate record in ServiceNow.
it's working fine in my PDI. Enhance it as per your requirement.

can you please help the last action logic. I just need to delegate any user who have ITIL role and need to delegate user with specific time.
