How to configure/obtain Genius result through AI Search in Virtual Agent

Junyu

Dear all,

I am interested in AI Search and I configured the "Virtual Agent Default AI Search".

But when I tried in Virtual Agent, it always shows me regular search results (muti-link results).

So I wonder how to get the Genius result.

HI @Junyu ,

AIS Genius results uses a NLU Model.  Can you also check if your Default AI Search model is trained and published.

Filter Navigator > NLU Workbench > search for AI Search
Train and Publish.

Refer to this DOC :Genius Results

Also, this doc will help you with Search results : Change the content displayed in AI Search results for Virtual Agent

Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.

Thanks,

Sandeep

Hi @Sandeep Dutta

Thanks for your reply.

I have read the documents you sent me and checked my instance.

On my side "Default AI Search model" is trained and published:

find_real_file.png

I try to use a very similar statement in the model as a query:

find_real_file.png

But it still returns me regular search result:

Do you know what should I do next?

Dear @Community Alums ,

We have created standard articles that include the information in the Q&A form, so the Genius Results card finds these answers only if we type in the exact name. I would like to know if we can still use the NLU configuration for Genius results Q&A if we don't have topics. Or is it required to create topics for those Q&A articles?
That would be very helpful to get some insights on the.
Many thanks.
