How to connect to ServiceNow LLM to use it for virtual agent.

Hey everyone,

I want to connect to servicenow llm and use it within my servicenow virtual agent. I can see documentation about how to use generative ai controller to connect to external LLM but nothing about on how to start with servicenow LLM

I am completely new to LLM, so please let me know how to start with servicenow LLM, install and configure it, i just need the right starting point.

Hi @PriyanshuVerma1 

When you mention SN LLM with VA, you’re indirectly referring to Now Assist with VA. We have recently implemented this for my customer.

You need to activate the Now Assist plugin and then connect the Now Assist skill to the Portal and VA.
