A user types the below and the VA checked for notifications. Any suggestions to go around this?
[11:35] User Name: I keep getting this message-- computer updated this morning before I could even sign in
[11:35] Virtual Agent: You have no actionable notifications to be viewed.
I am sure it is the word Message that prompted the notification message but this is not good

@Lynda1 If you wanted to change the "Context : You have no actionable notifications to be viewed.", navigate to "System UI -> Messages" and search for it.
If you wanted to know about why VA messages are displayed again when non actionable notification is received and end conversation does not end conversation, please refer the below link:

I don't need to update the message. I need that "notification" message to not display on utterances that have nothing to do with the notifications.

Hi! I am facing the same situation, were you able to find where to disable that message to be triggered?

I did not look at disabling that message since I need it for when users type Show Notifications. I normally can find what is causing that topic to run in the Expert Feedback Loop, since that is not accessible in our environment at the moment, I am kind of stuck.
