How to make the topic appear above "Show me everything" in virtual agent?

Hi @Heather99 ,

You can make your topic appear above "Show me everything" by promoting it.

To do this:

1. Go to Virtual Agent > Designer.
2. Open your topic.
3. Click the three dots (⋮) next to the topic name.
4. Select Promote.

This will make your topic appear above the "Show me everything" option in the Virtual Agent chat window.
