How to remove the error message on virtual agent

Hi Team,

 

How to remove the error message on virtual agent "I'm having technical issues and won't be able to continue this conversation."

 

I am using Request catalog item, all working good but last dialog box "Alright, I am all set. Do you want me to submit this request?" is set No the above error message is shown.

When i click No the bellow message is showing

In most cases when getting this Virtual Agent prompt, there is valuable information written to the logs.

 

Did you check this? And what is it mentioning?
