The chat header logo and chat header is not showing up on the Virtual Agent?

On the VA on the portal, the live profile picture is showing up on both the chat header and chatbot, even though they are both different images, also the chat header words are not displaying on the VA. Also on the "sp_agent_chat_config.do" I made sure the custom has the correct branding key.

I'm having this issue as well. It messes up the VA and the branding configuration page too.
However, others in my org are not having this issue, which makes me less worried. Looks like a bug on ServiceNow's end to me.

For to change "Avatar" of VA use ‘Default Branding’ record in branding settings (Filter Navigator -> Conversational Interfaces -> Settings -> General -> Branding -> View All -> Default Branding)
Click on "Bot Profile" --> "Virtual Agent" -->
Try to download logo from the instance where its working correctly. and the downloaded file save with extension ".svg" . Upload this file and save the record.
