how to set email account in virtual agent

Hi Everyone,

i want to setup a email address in now support, in the below screen when we click on send email to customer it's open a outlook, in that email i want to change email address,

please help how to change the email address ,

Hi @siva14 ,

 

You can navigate to Conversation Interface ->setting -> General ->Branding -> Default branding inside that you will get menu item there you can change the email as shown

how to change email address according to logged in users company , I have domain separation implemented so I want dynamic email address based on logged in user company
