I have published one topic, if i test it then it shows like thia pfind_real_file.pnghis please help me with this

Hi Ovi,

Make sure the _live_agent_support_ topic is active and published.

And,

1-Navigate to Collaboration > Virtual Agent > Designer,
2-Search for the topic
3-Set it to Active
4-And select this topic in the General Settings.

Note- The Topic should be published and Active to work as expected.

 

If still doesn't work then clone the OOB greetings topic and make your changes again.

Even i have a similar issue like i did some changes to existing flow designer after publishing am getting below error. could you please help me with this

What error is shown in the logs? In most cases, the errors created by Virtual Agent contain valuable information.
