I want to add a condition in OOTB Read Only Virtual Agent Topics

There is an requirement where we have to add condition in OOTB Read Only Virtual Agent Topics but I am unable to do so firstly these are read only so cant add condition directly so I have tried Background script/ fixed script but that also does not worked. I am getting error like it is being restricted by the protection policy.

 

We have to make the topics active in other portal but not in esc and for that only we are trying to add some condition in existing read only topics, is there anybody who came across similar requirement earlier.

Hi there,

 

Why would you like to add a condition to those topics? I mean, you are not using those topics in production right? The out-of-the-box topics are not meant to be used in production, there are meant as templates, as examples.
