Hi, I have a requirement where I want to display a reminder message to the user who are using Virtual Agent (Not Live Agent). If the user is inactive for lets say more than 3 minutes, VA should display them a message that says 'Are you still there?'. I also want to explore feasability of incorporating this reminder after the initial greeting message, because a lot of users would not respond after getting the first hello greeting message and topic picker. Please help me out with the approach and details of how I can implement this scenario for my VA.
