We're currently facing an issue while integrating ServiceNow with MS Teams to create risk events using the Now Virtual Agent. We keep encountering the error message: "Your Microsoft Teams tenant associated with is currently registered with instance."
We tried to troubleshoot by enabling the property "sn_va_teams.enable_va_override" system property to override it, but unfortunately, we're still encountering the same error.
The error message we're receiving now is: "Bad Request (400). A Bad Request (400) error has occurred. Please check that your instance is running and refresh."
We're feeling a bit lost on what steps to take next. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue or does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you in advance!

Hi abhipraydj24,
We've done a couple of integrations between SN and Teams. One of the nuisances in doing that is Teams will only integrate with one named SN instance. That means that if your Teams instance is configured to interact with your production instance and you are trying to connect from one of your sub prod instances, it will fail. Your Teams admin can check that for you. The way that we get around the issue is by having a sandbox instance for Teams that we can safely use for development and testing and can change the SN instance without impacting anything in production.
