Is it possible to report on requests submitted through virtual agent?

It looks like record producers create a related record for the interaction table, however requests do not get related to the interaction.

@matt1234 You have a field in OOB called "Contact Type" which needs to be added to the form layout.

By default, Virtual Agent choice value is not configured and it requires a custom entry.
