Hi all,
I'm trying to test out the Virtual Agent and NLU Service features on my developer instance but running into an issue. I have upgraded my instance to Vancouver and enabled the Virtual Agent service. However, when I navigate to the NLU models configuration page and try to create an Intent, I get an error message that says:
"Some features may not be available because the connection to NLU Service is not available. Please try again after sometime, if the issue persists log an issue with Support"
This doesn't seem to be temporary as it's been saying that for a week. Is there something I need to do to enable the NLU Service?

Annoying,
Running around trying to figure out why it wouldn't work. Just to find out it's due to the "Predictive Intelligence and NLU training is not being supported on Developer instances. you have to use a sub prod instance."

Found it,
So, if you're attempting to follow any courses or want to just test around in the Virtual Agent Designer, you'll hit the issue mentioned above.
"Some features may not be available because the connection to NLU Service is not available. Please try again after sometime, if the issue persists log an issue with Support".
Search - Conversational Interfaces > Settings > Click Virtual Agent -
View:
Natural Language Understanding (NLU)
NLU configuration
Integrate with a third-party NLU service provider to interpret what your users are saying.
Mark it as inactive... This will resolve the error and allow you to design and test the virtual designer.
