Hi all,
I'm trying to make the virtual agent more prominent in Service Portal.
Is there a way to customize virtual agent popup?
(for example: change the size and shape of text bubble, edit the "open chat window" text, etc.)

The text can just be changed by updating the UI Message (or adding if it does not exist yet).
Hiding the popup: for Agent Chat configuration not possible.

Hi there,
Are you using Agent Chat configuration or a legacy Virtual Agent widget?
For Agent Chat configuration you can only change the text itself, not the shape, color, etc..

or maybe provide some document on where this can be found. I wasn't able to find anything like this on the servicenow docs. Thanks!
