Hi all,
I'm trying to make the virtual agent more prominent in Service Portal.
Is there a way to customize virtual agent popup?
(for example: change the size and shape of text bubble, edit the "open chat window" text, etc.)

The text can just be changed by updating the UI Message (or adding if it does not exist yet).
Hiding the popup: for Agent Chat configuration not possible.

Did you find a way to edit the test "Open Chat Window". I have a requirement to change that and not able to understand how to achieve that.

Hi all,
for the Employee Center portal, you can deactivate the virtual agent with:
- Service Portal -> Agent chat ->
deactivate the ESC chat and EC polaris.
