Is there any OOTB Widget in ServiceNow which we can use to show something like 'Did you know' .

I wanted to check that, is it possible to create new widget for ServiceNow portal which can provide information on features or updates that users may not be familiar with. This would be beneficial in raising user awareness. Please let me know if there’s a way to make this happen or any OOTB feature from ServiceNow which I can utilize.

Hi @Narayan K 

Instead of creating a new widget, it's better to create a new Knowledge Base and add these types of features (like new releases or product updates) as part of the KB there. Begin by stating that the KB includes videos and images as well, and users can save or subscribe to it.
