Live Agent receives my messages but I can't get a response.

I have been building an integration with a virtual agent using CCIF as a framework according to the ServiceNow documentation.

 

In my external chat, I can start the conversation, receive the greeting, automatic messages, topics, I can select the "live agent" topic, I receive confirmation that he has joined the chat, he receives my live messages, but I do not receive his messages.

I checked the table and the agent's messages do not have a UIType.

I have transformation flows for text messages.

How do I solve this?
