System Property to hide / disable "Show me everything" button is not working - Virtual Agent

Hei all, 

i am facing the issue, that the system property "glide.cs.disable.show_me_everything" is not working. 
Even though I changed the value to "true" the button "Show me everything" will be displayed in the Virtual Agent Chat.

Can anyone help?

We used custom greetings topic, instead of the OOTB 'greetings' topic

The solution is in fact that ServiceNow made a typo in their documentation. I was following that and it had a . where it should have had an _

Hello,

yes we fixed that issue. 
The issue occured, because there are no topics visible/active within Show me everything section.
Therefore the system property "glide.cs.disable.show_me_everything" is not working.

As a workaround, we enabled topic to display within Show me everything section, so the system property work as expected.

We got the information from ServiceNow, that issue will be fixed and be vailable in Yokohama release.
