Hi everyone,
So our requirement is: we use AI Search Topic Block to get results like Knowledge Articles and Catalog Items based on user input in Virtual Agent.
When we select a Knowledge Article result, it currently shows a snippet with a "Read more" option. But our requirement is that, as soon as the user clicks the result, it should directly open the full article in a new browser tab, without showing the snippet view.
I know this would require some customization in the AI Search Topic Block, but I’m not sure where exactly to make the changes, as I’m still new to the Virtual Agent project.
Please help me with how and where this can be achieved. Thanks in advance!
