NLU Associated Intent missing from topic

Hi All,

I'm on a fresh NewYork instance

I'm having an issue where i can't see an intent i have created for a NLU model in a topic (please see below), i was able to select the intent earlier this afternoon, but now it's disappeared from the list entirely.

I've attempted to re-train and re-publish the intent but to no avail - However, when i create a new intent it will appear on the associated intent dropdown.

Would someone be able to point me in the right direction so that i can restore the original intent?

Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated!

Many Thanks,

James

James, it sounds like you might have associated that intent with another topic.    Have you checked your other topics?

Hi Matthew,

I've only got the one topic and i've looked through the other ones provided by ServiceNow and it hasn't been placed in there accidentally

The intent has vanished from the dropdown list, however i've worked around it by creating it again but i'm wondering if this may be a bug?

Thanks,

James

Hello,

I am also facing similar issue on Orlando instance. I created a new intent but unable to select it for the topic.

Recently the instance got upgraded to Orlando. When training the model for the earlier topics that were built on NewYork version, we are getting error related to vocabulary. It says to retry after removing some synonym for the vocabulary.

Can anyone please help on this as why we are getting this issues and we can resolve this.

Thanks.

Hi,

I too did face this issue in Paris. But the reason for empty NLU intents in the drop down is that

the NLU model and NLU intents are already mapped in one of the active topics.

So my observation is no two active topics can have same NLU model and NLU intent mapped.

Thanks,

Durga
