No genius result in AI Search

Dear all,

 

I can't get genius result when testing AI Search and need some suggestions.

 

I have checked my instance. On my side "Default AI Search model" is trained and published:

I try to use a very similar statement in the model as a query:

But it still returns me regular search results:

I checked and enabled all Genius Results for "ESC Portal Default Search Profile":

Then I went to "Search Preview" to test something:

But still no Genius Result card shown in my virtual agent:

Do you know the reason and the next steps?

Hi Junyu, some of these AI Search questions would be better served in our AI & Intelligence forum, which covers AI Search. In this case Virtual Agent would only render what the search engine provides. If you don't get a Genius Result in the Search Preview (which you don't in your screenshot), you won't get it in the Virtual Agent.
