Now Assist Multi Turn Ordering on premise

Hi all,

 

my client is interested in deploying Now Assist for Virtual Agent on-premise, including the multi-turn catalog ordering capability. The ServiceNow KB article (KB1523390) describes on prem LLM support in general but doesn’t cover an on-premise Virtual Agent implementation.

 

Could you advise if there’s a way to enable multi-turn catalog ordering with an on-premise LLM? Additionally, are there any on-premise generative-AI features available for ticket deflection?

Hi @Stefan3000 

As far as I know, some functionalities, including Now Assist and AI features, do not work on On-Premises setups.
