Hi,
I have been configuring Virtual Agent, and have the agent in a relatively stable place, as we are using Virtual Agent Lite, I understand we are quite constricted on what we can have it perform, however as an introduction to the company, I believe the base functionality should be fine.
When testing interactions from Employee Centre Portal, everything is fine and works as I would expect, however if on Teams we are interacting to a Catalog Item, on selecting an Item with "Request this Item" a branded pop-up window appears, with "Loading" in the corner for a few seconds, this disappears and then remains white.
I have been through Teams diagnostic logs, and can see no errors preventing.
Has anyone encountered this.

FYI - We resolved this, it was an iFrame cross domain security violation.
