We tested a method this summer to prevent VA HR Admins from accessing/changing ITSM topics, but now it doesn't seem to work.
HR VA Admin has sn_hr_va.admin rights and core hr permissions. No ITIL or related permissions.
HR VA Admin is added as a developer to HR Service Delivery Virtual Agent Conversations and HR Service Delivery NLU Model for Virtual Agent Conversations with rights to all file types and nothing else. No other developer rights or set up. Initially we used the Manage Collaborators function but that has since changed to the Manage Developers function.
Now the HR VA Admins can see and modify ITSM topics.
Is there something we are missing, or am I just going to have to write some custom ACLs around this.
