[PREVIEW ONLY] message displayed in virtual agent chat

Hi Community,

I've configured virtual agent and trying to create a request using the chatbot, everything is working as expected but at the end of the chat a message is being displayed which I cannot understand why it is being displayed (please find the attached screenshot), can anyone help he how to get rid of that message

This should only be occurring when using the VA tester. It shouldn't appear in portal. I don't believe there's a way to remove.

Hi Shiva, 

Can you post the topic image, this preview is from the flow designer output. your topic might trigger a flow that returns the result.
