Provider notifications using virtual agents are not working well

Our team has implemented using a virtual agent to notify us when records are updated, but the notifications are not showing up.
The following is a list of objectives and work done to implement the system, and we would like to know if there are any missing implementations or other issues.

■ Objective
We would like to use a virtual agent to notify users of a service portal or a portal created with the UI builder when records are updated.

■Work done for implementation
1. in [System Notification] > [Provider] > [Notification] module, configured to notify when a comment is entered to a record in the specified table.

2.Create a chat-type notification content in the [Contents] related tab.
Specify a simple format and "Workplace" as the delivery channel.

3.In the [sys_cs_channel] table, enable notifications for the "Workplace" channel.

4.In the [Conversational Interface] > [Setting] module, enable Web client notifications.

■Confirmation work performed
1. Other notification content: In the same notification, Next Experience type content was implemented, and this was notified to users as expected.
2. Log: We checked the log in the [log] related tab in the notification record and confirmed that the same log contents were output as in the case of a successful notification.
