Questions about Virtual agent chat and survey

Hello, everyone! I would like some help with virtual agent!

 

1) Is it possible within the agent workspace chat to paste images through ctrl + v instead of having to click on the image button and load one that is already saved on my computer? Attached is the chat image of the agent workspace where I want to do this.

2) Is it possible to send a satisfaction survey to the user, in a standard way, even if he clicks on the virtual agent's end chat button? We already have some set up when he ends the flow through the conversation, but we also need to send them when he ends the button. Below is an attachment indicating the closing button I'm talking about.

HI @Albergaria , I am not sure about the ctrl + v option.

The second one for survey can be acheived,

 

You can set the trigger condition to check if the user has taken the survery from the conversation. If the suvey is not taken you can trigger the survey.

Where does one go to set the trigger condition of a survey? Is that in the survey designer?
